The primary inspiration for my digital art is pencil sketches that I found in several drawing diaries that my son Michael used while attending college. The many pencil sketches that were found are peculiar yet very interesting and speak to Michaels eclectic imagination. Each unique sketch is combined with digital elements and or images and depicts a different feeling or emotion and I will (and I hope you do too) listen to their messages. This is one mother's way of remembering and honoring a most beautiful and talented son. I call them "Pencilustration" .
1. Original pencil sketches combined with a "kick" of digital attitude.
2. Pencil sketches by Michael Gmitter, digital attitude by Jan Gmitter.
